Net profit of Pricol rose 109.53% to Rs 73.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 34.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Pricol-New will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 May 2026.

Pricol at its board meeting held today (29th January 2026) has approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in India in the name of Pricol Autotech or such other name as may be approved by authorities, for the operational convenience.
