Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Deepak Ram Chandra Mittal has stepped down as Vice President (Operation), effective August 27, 2026, following a resolution by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited announced that its Management Committee of Board of Directors approved the allotment of 7,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 75,00,00,000, on a private placement basis, with a final maturity date of February 17, 2028.
