Sales rose 29.67% to Rs 287.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 221.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 32.04% to Rs 395.91 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 299.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. The board of Anand Rathi Wealth at its meeting held on 09 April 2026 has approved bonus issue in ratio of 1:1.The board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore by way of increase in equity share capital.

Anand Rathi Wealth announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 7 per equity Share (i.e. 140%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
