The Company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 57.57% to Rs 163.01 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 11.87% to Rs 321.99 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd stood at Rs 206.2 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 63.20% year-on-year, and surging by 47.00% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 5 crore, crashing by 104.59% YoY and plunging by 140.11% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 4.68% to Rs 226.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 176.17 crore, inching up 4.55% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 22.33% to Rs 1148.83 crore, while net profit surged by 32.17% to Rs 397.17 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 35528% to Rs 361.4 crore, and PBT soared 32.49% to Rs 535.84 crore compared to previous TTM. Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd rallied 60.67% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.21% during the same period.

Net profit of Anand Rathi Wealth rose 73.82% to Rs 162.73 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 93.62 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Anand Rathi Wealth has allotted 8,30,20,634 fully paid up bonus equity shares of Rs 5 each in ratio of 1:1. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 83,02,06,340 comprising of 16,60,41,268 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
