Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted 2,50,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 2,500.8458 crore (including premium) on private placement basis.

Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted 2,00,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 1,991.8320 crore (including discount and accrued interest).

Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted 2,00,000 non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 2,000 crore on private placement basis.

Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted 50,000 non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis on 18 May 2026.

Bajaj Housing Finance announced that the 18th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 29 July 2026.
