Bajaj Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales declined 0.91% to Rs 153.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 154.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 60.08% to Rs 15.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 39.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
