Bajaj Healthcare will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2026.

Bajaj Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Bajaj Healthcare reported to Rs 22.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 11.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
