TCI Express Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the tenures of Independent Directors Mr. Murali Krishna Chevuturi and Mr. Prashant Jain concluded at the close of business hours on August 17, 2026, marking the end of their second terms, and they will consequently cease to hold their positions and committee memberships.
