Eiko LifeSciences Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after a board meeting to approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited.

Eiko LifeSciences Limited announced the allotment of 3,05,000 equity shares on the conversion of an equal number of warrants, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The shares were issued at a price of Rs 55 per share, including a premium of Rs 45, to Bhavesh Dhirajlal Tanna and V Square Pharmachem Private Limited, who received the shares on preferential basis after paying Rs 41.25 per warrant. The total amount received from the allotment was Rs 1,25,81,250, increasing the company`s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 14,65,08,540, consisting of 1,46,50,854 fully paid-up equity shares.

Eiko Lifesciences Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.42% to Rs 49.86 after the company`s net profit saw a mild growth of 0.67% to Rs 1.51 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 8.67% to Rs 16.75 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Specialty Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.14 lakh crore, expanding by 15.05%. It has marginally improved by 1.63% over last one week and rose by 11.57% in last one month while the market capitalization of Eiko Lifesciences Ltd has softened by 1% and 0.47% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Eiko Lifesciences Ltd stood at Rs 2.0 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 36.05% year-on-year, and slipping 0.99% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, rallying 22.58% YoY and crashing by 29.30% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 7.60% to Rs 15.07 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 13.94 crore, contracting by 16.33% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.2 crore, slipping by 4.76% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 263.86% to Rs 37.66 crore, while net profit plunged by 164.09% to Rs 2.32 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 531% to Rs 2.04 crore, and PBT tanked by 162.07% to Rs 3.06 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.78 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.33 crore in FY25. Eiko Lifesciences Ltd dropped 7.32% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.04% during the same period.

Eiko Lifesciences will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Eiko Lifesciences rose 23.81% to Rs 1.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 62.73% to Rs 18.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 113.27% to Rs 4.50 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
