Thakkers Group Limited, formerly Asian Food Products Limited, confirmed receipt of a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd., its Registrar & Transfer Agent, regarding the confirmation of securities received from depository participants for dematerialization.

Thakkers Group Limited, formerly Asian Food Products Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Ashok Surana, a Peer Reviewed Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 and ending with fiscal year 2030-31, at the company’s 58th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.

Thakkers Group Ltd, formerly known as Asian Food Products Limited, disclosed that Jitendra Manohardas Thakker, Bharti Jitendra Thakker, and Gaurav Jitendra Thakker, members of the Promoter Group, acquired 112,500 and 150,000 equity shares respectively by way of gift from Jitendra Manohardas Thakker, increasing their shareholding to 7.10% and 9.47% respectively, as of September 22, 2026. The acquisition is eligible for exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and fees of Rs 177,000 were paid for filing the report.

Thakkers Group Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.

Thakkers Group will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.
