Brainbees Solutions Limited announced the allotment and transfer of 2,344 equity shares and 54,749 equity shares, respectively, under its Brainbees Employees Stock Option Plan 2022, following the exercise of vested options by eligible employees. The allotment, approved by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 8, 2026, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 1,04,41,76,480 to Rs 1,04,41,81,168.

Brainbees Solutions will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Brainbees Solutions has allotted 21,375 equity shares under ESOP on 16 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 1,04,41,33,730/- to Rs. 1,04,41,76,480/-.
