Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain, liable to retire by rotation, and approved an increase in overall managerial remuneration, subject to member approval at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting. The board also approved revisions in managerial remuneration for Mr. Tosh Kumar Jain, Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain, and Mrs. Monika Jain, all also subject to member approval, and determined September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for voting eligibility for the 45th Annual General Meeting.

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited informed the BSE that there was no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from the allotment of 12,60,000 equity shares on a preferential basis, announced on September 9, 2025, and raising Rs 2,77,20,000. The company confirmed that Rs 2,07,90,000 was utilized for working capital requirements and Rs 69,30,000 for general corporate purposes as of June 30, 2026, in accordance with the original objects stated in the explanatory statement to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 5, 2025.

Net profit of Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya declined 16.67% to Rs 0.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 21.41% to Rs 3.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 16.67% to Rs 0.56 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
