Shantai Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at its registered office in Surat, Gujarat, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report. The trading window for equity shares of the company is closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

Shantai Industries Limited informed BSE Limited that, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company confirmed that securities received for dematerialization have been listed on the stock exchange and the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in its records, as certified by MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited.
