Enterprises Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that shareholders have approved shifting the company`s registered office from the State of Karnataka to the State of Maharashtra, requiring an amendment to the 2nd clause of the Memorandum of Association, through a special resolution passed via postal ballot on September 07, 2026.

Enterprises Limited announced the allotment of 2,22,875 equity shares on Thursday, September 3, 2026, following the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under the ‘SJS Enterprises – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021’, increasing the company`s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 32,02,66,540 consisting of 3,20,26,654 equity shares to Rs 32,24,95,290 consisting of 3,22,49,529 equity shares.
