Archean Chemical Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 July 2026.

Archean Chemical Industries plans to invest Rs 170 crore by subscribing to equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Acume Chemicals, in one or more tranches, pursuant to rights issue.
