Aster DM Quality Care has received upgrade in long term rating at ICRA AA from ICRA A+. The outlook has been revised from Rating Watch with Positive Implications to Stable. The short term rating has been reaffirmed at ICRA A1+.

Aster DM Healthcare has been renamed Aster DM Quality Care with effect from 03 July 2026 pursuant to scheme of amalgamation between Quality Care India (�QCIL` / �Transferor Company`) and Aster DM Healthcare (�Aster` / �Transferee Company`) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (�the Scheme`).

Aster DM Quality Care today commenced operations following the successful completion of the merger between Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India (QCIL), bringing together four trusted healthcare brands - Aster DM, CARE Hospitals, Evercare and KIMSHEALTH. More than the combination of two leading healthcare organisations, the merger creates a stronger platform with a shared purpose: expanding access to world-class healthcare by bringing specialist expertise, advanced treatment and cutting-edge medical technology closer to patients across India. In the new combined entity Dr. Azad Moopen will continue as Executive Chairman and Varun Khanna will lead the business as Managing Director and Group CEO. With 39 hospitals across 28 cities and over 10,600 beds, Aster DM Quality Care is uniquely positioned to expand access to specialist care, advanced treatment and cutting-edge medical technology across India`s tier 2 and tier 3 cities including Nagpur, Aurangabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Nagercoil, Kolhapur, Kannur, Kasaragod, and Kottakkal, reducing the need for patients to travel to metropolitan centres for complex healthcare. Net profit of Aster DM Healthcare rose 77.39% to Rs 140.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 79.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.20% to Rs 1182.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1000.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 92.78% to Rs 388.14 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5377.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 12.20% to Rs 4643.22 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4138.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
