Confidence Futuristic Energetech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

Confidence Futuristic Energetech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
