Mitsu Chem Plast Limited has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 09, 2026, to amend and provide additional details related to a preferential issue, as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018; the corrigendum includes revisions to the explanatory statement and details a certificate from Maharshi Ganatra and Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, certifying the preferential issue`s compliance with Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, which will be available for inspection and on the company`s website.

Mitsu Chem Plast announced that the 38th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

Mitsu Chem Plast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 2%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales declined 4.42% to Rs 86.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 90.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 115.45% to Rs 15.62 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.38% to Rs 350.17 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 332.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
