VAS Infrastructure Limited, formerly listed on the BSE with Scrip Code 531574, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to November 16, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, with the closure period ending 48 hours after the company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, are declared on or before November 14, 2026.

VAS Infrastructure Limited, undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since a March 11, 2024 order by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, announced that a proposal from Promoter Jayesh Valia to settle dues and withdraw the CIRP under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, was rejected by Canara Bank Limited, the sole secured financial creditor holding 100% of the voting share in the Committee of Creditors.
