Prataap Snacks Limited has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and will hold its 17th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. Prataap Snacks Limited announced it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of RLOP Food Processing Private Limited on August 28, 2026, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 15,44,60,000, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related party transaction, will result in RLOP Food Processing Private Limited becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prataap Snacks Limited and will be utilized for the company`s proposed Greenfield manufacturing project on government-allotted land.

Net profit of Prataap Snacks rose 257.97% to Rs 2.47 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 0.69 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
