Silver Oak (India) Limited has announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of the company`s 42nd Annual General Meeting, to be held on September 29, 2026, at its registered office in Pithampur Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.

Silver Oak (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Jalota as an Independent Director for a term of five years, effective September 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company`s annual general meeting, and the departure of Mr. Suresh Kejriwal, whose second five-year term concludes September 28, 2026. The company`s board also approved the directors` report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, convened the 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, and re-constituted several committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee, all effective September 29, 2026.

Silver Oak (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net Loss of Silver Oak (India) reported to Rs 0.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. There were no Sales reported in the quarter ended March 2026 and during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 1.47 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
