Jindal Worldwide announced that the 40th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 1 September 2026.

Jindal Worldwide today announced that its board of directors has approved raising funds of up to Rs 650 crore through a rights issue to its existing shareholders.  

Jindal Worldwide will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 August 2026.

Net profit of Jindal Worldwide rose 85.78% to Rs 32.40 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 17.44 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
