Jindal Worldwide Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Yamunadutt Agarwal as Managing Director for three consecutive years from September 3, 2026, to September 2, 2029, and Mr. Vikram Pushpak Oza as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, at the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 1, 2026.
