Marathon Nextgen Realty (MNRL) announced that its subsidiary, Sunset Spaces, has executed a development agreement for the redevelopment of the society located at Versova, Mumbai. The agreement marks MNRL`s foray into society redevelopment, building on the Company`s experience in larger-format real estate development and complex urban renewal projects. The project comprises the redevelopment of an existing residential society situated on land admeasuring approximately 1.5 acres, with an estimated Gross Development Value / revenue potential of over Rs 450 crore, subject to receipt of requisite approvals, final plans, applicable regulations and market conditions.

Net profit of Marathon Nextgen Realty declined 16.14% to Rs 44.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 53.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 23.58% to Rs 113.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 148.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 8.80% to Rs 202.96 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 186.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Marathon Nextgen Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
