During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 3.86 crore, soaring by 114.44% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 40.78 crore, ticking higher by 0.79% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 6.96% to Rs 3719.22 crore, while net profit plunged by 74.90% to Rs 12.35 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 40879% to Rs 377.48 crore, and PBT collapsed by 72.21% to Rs 17.82 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 360.12 crore in FY26, as against Rs 451.93 crore in FY25. GTPL Hathway Ltd nosedived by 45.89% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 11.29% during the same period.

Net profit of GTPL Hathway declined 78.03% to Rs 2.32 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 10.56 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. GTPL Hathway will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 July 2026.

GTPL Hathway announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
