GTPL Hathway will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 July 2026.

GTPL Hathway announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of GTPL Hathway reported to Rs 15.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 10.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
