Bharat Gears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Bharat Gears rose 196.49% to Rs 5.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.26% to Rs 210.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 174.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 417.24% to Rs 16.50 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
