Ujjivan Small Finance Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2026.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 24 July 2026.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 8,15,797 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,44,43,99,940 to 19,45,25,57,910.

The board of  Ujjivan Small Finance Bank at its meeting held on 08 May 2026 has approved raising of funds up to Rs 2,000 crore  in one or more tranches and/or one or more issuances simultaneously or otherwise, by way of an issue of fully paid-up equity shares, through one or more permissible modes, including but not limited to preferential issue(s), private placement(s), qualified institutions placement(s) and/or any combination thereof or any other method.
