City Union Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of City Union Bank rose 24.86% to Rs 359.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 287.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 21.07% to Rs 1855.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1532.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 18.03% to Rs 1326.23 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1123.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 17.75% to Rs 6869.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5834.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
