Apex Frozen Foods Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its Register of Member and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 11, 2026, to September 17, 2026, for the 14th Annual General Meeting and to determine shareholder entitlement for the dividend for the year 2025-26, as recommended by the Board of Directors on May 30, 2026.

Apex Frozen Foods Limited has set September 10, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of 25%, or Rs 2.50 per equity share, for the financial year 2025-2026, with payment expected on or before October 16, 2026, subject to tax deductions.

Apex Frozen Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of Apex Frozen Foods rose 297.45% to Rs 7.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 14.95% to Rs 167.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 197.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 901.29% to Rs 38.85 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.45% to Rs 931.14 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 813.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
