StarlinePS Enterprises Limited announced that M/s. Kansariwala & Chevli will step down as statutory auditors following the conclusion of the company`s 15th Annual General Meeting, after serving two consecutive terms. The board approved the appointment of M/s. Kansariwala & Chevli will continue as statutory auditors until the conclusion of the 15th AGM.

StarlinePS Enterprises Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Deep Trivedi (DIN: 11855333) as an Independent Director for a consecutive five-year term, effective August 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Trivedi will serve as an Additional Director from August 23, 2026, and confirmed he meets the independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013, and is not debarred from holding the position.
