Net profit of Patanjali Foods rose 46.15% to Rs 523.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 358.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Patanjali Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2026.

Patanjali Foods has allotted 4,400 equity shares under ESOP on 12 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 217,62,17,190/- comprising of 108,81,08,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up.

Patanjali Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Second Interim dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity Share (i.e. 87.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
