KBS India Limited will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing, and the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 12, 2026, to September 18, 2026, as announced to the BSE Limited.

KBS India Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the issuance of up to Rs 2.50 crore by offering 2,50,000 6% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100 each on a preferential basis to Mr. Tushar Shah, Chairman & Managing Director and Promoter of the company, subject to member approval. The Board meeting was held on August 27, 2026, and the company will hold its Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books closed from September 12, 2026, to September 18, 2026.
