Capacit`e Infraprojects Limited announced the elevation and appointment of four individuals to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective September 09, 2026. The appointments, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, include Amit Govil as Chief Executive Officer – Business Unit 1, Rakesh Kumar Singh as Chief Executive Officer – Business Unit 2, Vishnu das Shanbhag as Chief Executive Officer – Business Unit 3, and Ram Mohan Rai as Chief Executive Officer – Business Unit 4, all of whom will form part of the Senior Management Personnel of the company.
