Capacite Infraprojects announced that the 14th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 July 2026.

Capacite Infraprojects has allotted 350 Senior, Secured, Rated and Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating up to Rs 35 crore on private placement basis.
