Meera Industries Ltd consolidated sales up 40.02% on year in Q2FY2026,
Meera Industries Ltd share price gained 1.38% to Rs 35.35 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 209.37% to Rs 0.7 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 40.02% to Rs 12.35 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.7 lakh crore, gaining 0.17%. It has remained flat over last one week and rallied by 41.59% in last one month while the market capitalization of Meera Industries Ltd has softened by 0.81% and 43.67% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Meera Industries Ltd stood at Rs 0.94 crore in Q2 FY26, slipping 6.93% year-on-year, and plunging by 213.25% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, declining 6.30% YoY and tanking 254.55% sequentially. Total expenses went up by 17.85% to Rs 11.42 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 3.09 crore, tumbling by 56.84% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.21 crore, slipping by 1.63% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 32.22% to Rs 39.85 crore, while net profit soared by 154.79% to Rs 3.72 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 194% to Rs 5.47 crore, and PBT jumped 180% to Rs 4.62 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.46 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.39 crore in FY25. Meera Industries Ltd ticked higher by 4.09% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.

Meera Industries secures domestic order of Rs 7.95 cr,
Meera Industries has secured a domestic order valued at Rs 7.95 crore from DNB Textiles, Surat (DNB), a well-established fabric manufacturer, as part of DNB`s large-scale capacity expansion in Surat. The ordered machines are designed to support BSY filament twisted yarn production for fabrics and industrial applications, typically using polyester, viscose, cotton, and blended yarns. MEERA`s solution set, particularly its high-speed TFO (Two-For-One) twisting expertise for hightwist yarns, is well suited to modern manufacturing requirements where productivity, package quality, and energy efficiency are key operating priorities.
