YUG DECOR LIMITED will hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 26th September, 2026, at 12:00 Noon IST in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books closed from Sunday, 20th September, 2026, and a cut-off date of Saturday, 19th September, 2026, to determine shareholder eligibility for both remote e-voting, available from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. to Friday, 25th September, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., and voting at the AGM.

Yug Decor Limited announced the reappointment of Chandresh S. Saraswat as Managing Director for five years, effective February 7, 2027, subject to shareholder approval, and the reappointment of Ankita Saraswat as Whole Time Director for the same duration, also pending shareholder approval. The company also appointed Sunil Thakore as an Additional Director, with the expectation he will become an Independent Director following shareholder approval at the company`s 23rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2026.
