IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited, the investment manager of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, announced the allotment of 35,000 Series A I Non-Convertible Debt Securities with a face value of Rs 100,000 each and a paid-up value of Rs 20,000 each, aggregating to Rs 70 crore, and 75,000 Series A J Non-Convertible Debt Securities with a face value of Rs 100,000 each and a paid-up value of Rs 20,000 each, aggregating to Rs 150 crore, on August 20, 2026. The Series A I instruments have a tenure of 5 years, a coupon rate of 7.44% per annum, and are rated ‘CRISIL AAA/Stable’ and ‘ICRA AAA/Stable’, while the Series A J instruments have a tenure of 10 years, the same coupon rate, and the same credit ratings. The debt securities are partly paid-up, senior, secured, listed, rated, redeemable, and will be privately placed and listed on the BSE.
