The board of Adani Green Energy at its meeting held on 22 July 2026 has appointed Poly Singh Arora has been appointed as the Chief People Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel.

Adani Green Energy announced that Care ESG Ratings has assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating of 87.3 to the Company for FY26.

Adani Green Energy announced that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics recently reviewed the ESG rating of the Company and assigned the overall ESG rating of �Crisil ESG 69` and a Core ESG rating of �Crisil Core ESG 65`. The Company continues to be placed under the `Strong` ESG rating category.

Adani Green Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2026.
