Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly known as Bhakti Gems and Jewellery Limited, will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared, and during this period, trading in the company`s securities will be restricted for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives.

The company’s board will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor, and the appointment will be disclosed in accordance with SEBI regulations.
