Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly known as Bhakti Gems & Jewellery Limited, announced that Neelam Somani & Associates, Company Secretaries, resigned as the company`s Secretarial Auditor effective September 1, 2026, citing personal reasons, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company’s board will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor, and the appointment will be disclosed in accordance with SEBI regulations.
