Total Transport Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 12.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Total Transport Systems rose 41.58% to Rs 4.12 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 2.91 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
