Ontic Finserve Limited will seek shareholder approval for a capital reduction and consolidation of its share capital at a board meeting scheduled for September 4, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The proposal includes reducing share capital under Sections 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, and consolidating 10 equity shares of Rs 1 each into 1 equity share of Rs 10 each.

Ontic Finserve Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board meeting was held on August 31, 2026, and appointed PCS Jitendra Parmar as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
