Jigar Cables Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the remuneration of Rs 12,00,000 per annum for Director Parshottambhai Laljibhai Vaghasiya for a further period of three years, commencing September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2029, and his continuation as director despite having attained the age of 78 years, subject to approval from the company’s members at the Annual General Meeting.

Jigar Cables Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Smt. Sangitaben Niteshbhai Vaghasiya as Chairperson-cum-Managing Director for three years, commencing January 2, 2027, with a revised remuneration of up to Rs 18,00,000 per annum, and Shri Ramnik Parshottambhai Vaghasiya as Whole-Time Director for another three years, starting January 2, 2027, at a remuneration of up to Rs 12,00,000 per annum, both subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also disclosed material related party transactions with Ultracab (India) Limited and Jigar Polymers Limited, scheduled the 10th AGM for September 26, 2026, and approved the Director’s Report for the financial year 2025-26.
