Aye Finance Limited, formerly Aye Finance Private Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Anuj Jain as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer, effective August 26, 2026. Aye Finance has allotted 22,000 rated, senior, listed, secured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 220 crore on a private placement basis.
