Aye Finance Limited has allotted 2,513 equity shares at a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible grantees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2020, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 16, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs 49,35,76,358.

Aye Finance Limited, formerly Aye Finance Private Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Anuj Jain as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer, effective August 26, 2026. The Board of Directors designated Mr. Jain as a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
