Aye Finance has allotted 22,000 rated, senior, listed, secured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 220 crore on a private placement basis.
