CSM Technologies Ltd share price gained 0.40% to Rs 100.6. The Company`s net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 189.03% to Rs 8.28 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 29.34% to Rs 42.7 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Computers - Software & Consulting industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 25.03 lakh crore, rising 4.97%. It has slipped by 1.22% over last one week and moved up slightly by 4.70% in last one month while the market capitalization of CSM Technologies Ltd has remained flat Profit before tax (PBT) of CSM Technologies Ltd stood at Rs 10.75 crore in Q2 FY26, climbing 11.98% year-on-year, and plunging by 193.97% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 8 crore, rallying 16.07% YoY and crashing by 158.58% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 11.17% to Rs 51.76 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 4.32 crore, posting a minor increase of 0.47% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 33.42 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 36.24% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 1.29% to Rs 199.24 crore, while net profit expanded by 12.35% to Rs 14.1 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2140% to Rs 27.89 crore, and PBT rose 14.75% to Rs 20.46 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 8.72 crore in FY26, as against Rs 9.59 crore in FY25.

CSM Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

CSM Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 August 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 1%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
