SJV & Associates has resigned as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 14, 2026, due to the non-renewal of their Peer Review Certificate, and that M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates has been appointed to fill the vacancy, with the appointment valid until the conclusion of the company’s ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Pashupati Cotspin announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Pashupati Cotspin declined 76.77% to Rs 1.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
