R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems Limited clarified that its board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.03 per equity share of face value of Rs 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, correcting a previous announcement that incorrectly stated the dividend as Rs 0.05 per share.

R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems Limited has set September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to attend and vote electronically at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and for ascertaining entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of shareholder approval, based on the list of beneficial owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
