Board of Apollo Micro Systems recommends final dividend,
Apollo Micro Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Apollo Micro Systems rose 168.71% to Rs 37.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 81.28% to Rs 293.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 161.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 100.21% to Rs 112.92 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 56.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 60.89% to Rs 904.32 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 562.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Apollo Micro Systems receives license for manufacturing of ammunitions,
Apollo Micro Systems has been granted a License by the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), for the manufacture of ammunitions.The License authorises Apollo Micro Systems to manufacture, assemble, integrate, and proof-test the following high-value strategic weapon systems and munitions. For the following category and system the License has been granted: 1. Arms of Caliber Above 12.7mm (Category I) - Manufacturing of Missiles, Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs), Torpedoes, Underwater Mines, Safety Arming Mechanism, Chaffs, Flares and Decoys.2. Arms of Caliber Above 12.7mm (Category II) - Manufacturing of Aerial Bombs, Rockets, Loitering Munition.

Apollo Micro Systems successfully completes trails for limpet mines developed for Indian Navy,
Apollo Micro Systems has successfully completed blast trials for Limpet mines. These Limpet Mines are diver carried mines used in Naval Defence. We are the only Indian Company who has successfully developed this product for Indian Navy. This is a remarkable milestone for the company positioning it to be a provider of complete spectrum of underwater Mines right from Shallow waters, Deep Waters and Limpet Mine Categories building its strengths in underwater Electronic Warfare systems, said the company.
