Secur Credentials Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved holding the 24th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing and submitted an application to the Registrar of Companies in Mumbai seeking an extension for holding the 25th Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2025-26 due to the non-finalization of financial statements.

SecUR Credentials will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

SecUR Credentials has revised the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 29 April 2026. The meeting will now be held on 4 May 2026.
