(IST) via video conferencing or other audio visual means, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book closed from Friday, October 16, 2026, to Friday, October 23, 2026, and offering e-voting facility through NSDL e-voting platform from Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. to Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., with Saturday, October 16, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility.

Secur Credentials Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its Board of Directors approved the Notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting to be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, the Director’s Report for the Financial Year 2024-25, and the appointment of Mr. Ankit Singhal, Practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for Conducting Remote e-voting /E-Voting Process during the AGM, at a meeting held on September 30, 2026.

Secur Credentials Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved holding the 24th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing and submitted an application to the Registrar of Companies in Mumbai seeking an extension for holding the 25th Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2025-26 due to the non-finalization of financial statements.
