Consolidated income for the same period rose to Rs 16,211.32 million from Rs 6,647.84 million. Profit for the year totaled Rs 888.98 million in 2025-26, up from Rs 390.34 million the previous year. The company, which has no foreign investments or collaborators, is led by Chairman & Managing Director Dr. Chetan Shah, Whole-Time Director Mr. Piyush Chandak, and Promoter & Whole-Time Director Mr. Kalpesh Patel, each holding substantial equity shares along with their relatives.
