Brand Concepts Ltd share price declined by 3.02% to Rs 171.65 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 421.59% to Rs 2.83 crore, while revenue from operations declined 12% to Rs 79.57 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Speciality Retail industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.94 lakh crore, rising 5.03%. It has slipped by 1.28% over last one week and moving up by 10.55% in last one month while the market capitalization of Brand Concepts Ltd has eased by 3.57% and 22.07% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Brand Concepts Ltd stood at Rs 3.09 crore in Q2 FY26, gaining 1.31% year-on-year, and tanking 818.60% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, jumping 28.81% YoY and tumbling by 59.19% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 7.83% to Rs 79.25 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 11.93 crore, slightly declining by 8.09% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 12.22 crore, dipping slightly 5.20% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 0.61% to Rs 291.92 crore, while net profit tanked by 56.88% to Rs 5.23 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 3270% to Rs 30.43 crore, and PBT collapsed by 57.80% to Rs 7.68 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.83 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.72 crore in FY25. Brand Concepts Ltd crashed 43.91% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
