Vedant Fashions Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, the company`s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 303 equity shares of Rs 1 face value each to eligible employees following the exercise of stock options under the VFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 – Scheme Pratham, increasing the company`s paid-up share capital to Rs 24,29,77,548 divided into 24,29,77,548 equity shares of Re. 1 each.

Vedant Fashions Limited clarified a clerical error in a previous disclosure regarding the allotment of equity shares under its employee stock option scheme, stating the pre-allotment paid-up share capital was Rs 24,29,78,245 divided into 24,29,78,245 equity shares of Rs 1/- each, and the post-allotment paid-up capital is Rs 24,29,78,548 divided into 24,29,78,548 equity shares of Rs 1/- each, correcting a prior figure of Rs 24,29,77,245 and Rs 24,29,77,548 respectively; the company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 303 equity shares to eligible employees under the VFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 – Scheme Pratham.
