JSL Industries Limited informed the BSE that the relieving date for its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has been revised to August 26, 2026, instead of the previously announced September 19, 2026, due to a mutual agreement between the company and the employee.

JSL Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of JSL Industries reported to Rs 1.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.07% to Rs 17.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 13.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 48.99% to Rs 3.29 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.22% to Rs 56.43 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 53.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
