Mufin Green Finance has allotted 55,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10,000 each aggregating to Rs 55 crore on private placement basis.

Mufin Green Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 July 2026.

Mufin Green Finance has issued and allotted 1900 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees through private placement having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 19 crore.

Mufin Green Finance has allotted one lakh secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees through private placement having a face value of Rs 10,000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore on 09 June 2025.

The board of Mufin Green Finance at its meeting held on 02 June 2026 has approved the issuance of listed, secured, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount up to Rs 119 crore on a private placement basis.
