Birla Capital and Financial Services Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Sharma as Manager of the company, effective September 1, 2026, for a term of one year, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. The appointment was approved by the company`s Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 31, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and follows on from a prior term of appointment from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
